E-mail clear photos!
#1 - A clear and best light available photo of the full front.
Then close-up-photos of signature, dates
PLUS photos of the bottom left and right corners,
showing the edge of the painting.
#2 - the back of the painting and any paint or writing.
#3 - a signature and date on the back of a canvas (if there is one)
or a framers tag on the frame,
These will help me to "place" the painting.
And I’d love to hear how you came into possession of the Art!
My paintings are like children,
they grow-up, leave me and have lives of their own.
About value for insurance -
Putting a value on the ART is difficult, as values vary greatly decade to decade
due to GEO -political and economic realities.
A very few times I needed to sell my art for auto gas and food for the next day....
My heart would break a little, but I was grateful!
Lucky YOU if you caught me at such a time!
Ah, living the Life of an ARTIST!
I will give you comparative value to my current art sales.
The FRAMES are something I've not been involved with... best to check with your local framer.
